TUBING: TOE-LUNGE TIPS
			
		The Toe-lunge is 
performed in a split stance. 
The rear foot is in contact with 
the floor on the ball or toes only.
		Unless you have concerns 
(which you should discuss 
with your health professional): 
-Any two-arm exercise which 
uses the toe-lunge should 
be done with each leg 
as the support leg. 
-Perform one arm exercises
